Nuove tecniche produttive ci permettono di costruire l’armadio S1000 in modo più rapido e preciso.
I telai frontale e posteriore sono ricavati da un unico sviluppo di lamiera e piegati 24 volte, eliminando tutte le saldature ed i problemi di tensioni e deformazioni che si devono usualmente correggere.
8 chiodature stabilizzano dimensionalmente i telai.
Questo metodo ci permette di usare lamiera zincata a caldo, in modo da garantire un’eccezionale resistenza alla corrosione anche nei punti più difficilmente verniciabili.
Il profilo del montante principale non ospita più le traverse in alluminio con i dadi flottanti, ma i montanti rack sono installati su una piega aggiuntiva ricavata su tetto e fondo e forata con asole a passo per garantire la maggior flessibilità di montaggio in profondità.
Sui modelli più alti è presente anche una traversa centrale di rinforzo.

Le versioni più economiche prevedono l’installazione di piedini di regolazione o ruote montate direttamente sul fondo.
